Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elias Recovery and Faja. We take pride in providing high-quality post-surgical recovery garments and supplies. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

For orders under $75, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Due to the intimate nature of compression garments and hygiene/sanitation standards, all fajas and compression garments are final sale once shipped.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stage 1 fajas

  • Stage 2 fajas

  • Thong fajas

  • Compression garments

  • Compression socks

  • Lipo foam

  • Urinals

  • Any item worn directly against the body or surgical area

These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once shipped.

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can assist with sizing guidance. Final size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

Eligible Returns

At this time, only non-garment, non-hygiene-sensitive items may be eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

  • Approved for return by Elias Recovery and Faja

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, based on the tracking delivery date.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Limitation

Each customer or account is limited to one approved return.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, product selection, or use, contact us before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us at contact@eliasrecovery.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Defective or incorrect item claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange if they are:

  • Fajas or compression garments

  • Worn, tried on, washed, stained, damaged, or altered

  • Missing tags, packaging, or product components

  • Hygiene-sensitive recovery items

  • Returned without approval

  • Returned after the allowed return window

  • Final sale items

Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be refunded and may not be returned to the customer.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for an eligible item, please email us at:

Include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Lost or Damaged Return Packages

If you are approved to return an eligible item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Elias Recovery and Faja is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
